Are you feeling a little stressed out these days? I would like to recommend
bodywork to assist in the process of stress reduction and relaxation. The
services offered are Jin Shin Jyutsu Acupressure, Reiki, Lymphatic Drainage, Aromatherapy, and
Hot Stone Treatment, Bodytalk, Cranial Sacral Unwinding, Ayurvedic (Indian) Head and Leg Treatments.
Two of these may be practiced by gently placing hands or fingertips (over clothing) on designated parts of the body. I now offer therapeutic Aromatherapy Consultations incorporated with hot stone treatments for a deeper relaxation effect. You may prefer the “Spa Stone Technique” a massage with hot stones while listening to soothing music. A general protocol is followed to reduce stress and tension. People who suffer chronic conditions that may not be relieved by traditional approaches can benefit as well.
Lymphatic Drainage
The lymphatic system is your secondary circulatory system of your immune function. Your body has more lymphatic fluid than blood, and more mileage of lymph ducts than of blood vessels. This system is a network of fluid, vessels, and nodes that sweep toxins from around our cells, filter out infectious organisms, and ensure that harmful substances reach the liver for cleansing and the kidneys for excretion. Toxins that remain in your system may cause inflammation.
Acupressure
By placing fingertips on designated accupoints the energy in the body becomes harmonized and is restored. All people can benefit from Jin Shin Jyutsu because enhanced energy flow in the body empowers the body’s natural healing abilities.
Certified Clinical Aromatherapist
I have completed an eighteen month program with Jane Buckle Ph D . At this time we also learned the “M technique” a light touch massage technique that has been found to be very beneficial to people who suffer chronic pain.
All products are mixed with GC/MS analyzed essential oils.

I am a Clinical Certified Aroma Therapist I completed Jane Buckle’s Aromatherapy Training Program. I use high quality essential oils that have GC/MS testing. This process checks to be sure that the oils are a high quality. Once you use quality oils your nose will be able to differentiate the imitation adulterated substitutes out in the marketplace.
